This policy describes participant expectations, service delivery standards, and procedures for addressing concerns.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
2.1 Core Competition Services
The Organizers will provide the following services to registered participants:
Program Management:
- Complete competition administration from registration through final awards
- Timeline management and deadline enforcement
- Team coordination and communication
- Technical support for submissions and presentations
Educational Components:
- Access to mentorship day sessions (February 7th, 2026)
- Guest speaker presentations on marketing strategy and brand communication
- Pitch refinement guidance and feedback
- Learning resources and materials
Event Coordination:
- Organization of Mentorship Day at designated third-party venue
- Coordination of Final Pitch Day at appropriate venue
- Provision of necessary technology and equipment
- Facilitation of networking opportunities
Evaluation Services:
- Professional judging panel review of all submissions
- Fair and transparent evaluation based on published criteria
- Shortlisting of top 15 teams for finalist round
- Selection and announcement of competition winners
Prize Administration:
- Distribution of PKR 300,000 in cash prizes
- Provision of Depilex gift vouchers
- Facilitation of internship opportunities at Depilex (3-5 positions)
- Winner recognition and celebration
2.2 Communication Services
- Regular email updates on Competition progress and deadlines
- Social media announcements and engagement
- Responsive support for participant inquiries
- Emergency communication channels during events
2.3 Marketing and Promotion
- Professional photography and videography at Competition events
- Creation of promotional content featuring Competition activities
- Social media coverage across Inspiring Women and Depilex platforms
- Documentation of Competition journey and impact
3. SERVICE STANDARDS
3.1 Quality Commitments
We are committed to:
- Delivering all services professionally and ethically
- Maintaining transparent communication with participants
- Providing equal opportunities and fair treatment to all teams
- Ensuring safe and supportive Competition environments
- Honoring all commitments made in program documentation
3.2 Timeline Adherence
- All key dates will be communicated clearly in advance
- Schedule changes will be announced with reasonable notice
- Deadline extensions will only be granted in exceptional circumstances affecting multiple teams
- Events will start and end at scheduled times
3.3 Venue Standards
Competition venues will:
- Be appropriate for the size and nature of activities
- Provide adequate seating, lighting, and ventilation
- Include necessary technology and presentation equipment
- Be accessible and safe for all participants
- Comply with health and safety regulations
3.4 Technology Support
We will provide:
- Reliable internet connectivity at Competition venues
- Presentation equipment (projectors, screens, audio systems)
- Technical assistance during pitch presentations
- Backup systems for critical technology
4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Registration Requirements
Participants must:
- Complete registration accurately and truthfully
- Pay registration fee of PKR 2,000 per team by deadline
- Form teams meeting eligibility criteria (3-5 members)
- Designate a team leader for official communications
- Acknowledge acceptance of all policies and terms
4.2 Submission Requirements
Participants must:
- Submit Stage I materials video and pdf by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM PKT
- Ensure all submissions are original work
- Adhere to specified format and content guidelines
- Meet quality and professionalism standards
- Obtain necessary permissions for any third-party materials used
4.3 Attendance Requirements
Participants must:
- Attend Mentorship Day on February 7th, 2026 (all shortlisted team members)
- Attend Final Pitch Day on February 14th, 2026 (all finalist team members)
- Arrive punctually for all scheduled activities
- Remain for entire duration of events
- Notify Organizers immediately of any unavoidable absences
4.4 Professional Conduct
Participants must:
- Behave professionally and respectfully at all times
- Follow venue rules and instructions from Organizers
- Dress appropriately for Competition events
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
- Maintain confidentiality of Depilex business information
4.5 Communication Obligations
Participants must:
- Monitor designated email for Competition updates
- Respond promptly to Organizer communications
- Update contact information if changes occur
- Report any issues or concerns in timely manner
5. SERVICE DELIVERY PROCESS
5.1 Registration Phase (5th January – 31st January)

Participant Actions:
- Complete registration form

9.3 Limitations
We do NOT address complaints about:
- Judging decisions or scores
- Non-selection for finalist round
- Other participants’ work or behavior (these go through conduct process)
- Personal preferences about program design
9.4 Escalation
If you are dissatisfied with complaint resolution, you may request review by senior leadership of Inspiring Women or Depilex.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SERVICES
10.1 Educational Use License
Participants receive limited license to use Competition materials (templates, guides, resources) for:
- Competition participation only
- Educational and non-commercial purposes
- Cannot be distributed or sold
10.2 Brand Usage Guidelines
Use of Depilex and Inspiring Women brands must:
- Follow provided brand guidelines
- Be accurate and non-misleading
- Not imply endorsement beyond Competition context
- Cease upon request from Organizers
11. DATA AND PRIVACY SERVICES
11.1 Data Protection
We provide:
- Secure storage of personal information
- Compliance with applicable privacy laws

- Guarantee of winning or finalist placement

- Insurance coverage for participants
- Legal or financial advice
- University credit or academic recognition
12.2 External Services
Participants are responsible for:
- Their own transportation to/from venues
- Accommodation if traveling from outside Lahore
- Personal equipment and devices
- Internet connectivity outside Competition venues
- Any costs beyond registration fee
13. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
13.1 Limitation of Liability
Organizers’ liability is limited as specified in Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for:
- Participant travel or personal property
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Third-party service provider failures
- Force majeure events
13.2 Insurance
Participants are encouraged to maintain their own:
- Health insurance
- Travel insurance
- Personal property insurance
- Personal liability insurance
14. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
14.1 Voluntary Withdrawal
Participants may withdraw by:
- Notifying Organizers in writing
- Understanding that registration fees are non-refundable
- Acknowledging that team placement cannot be guaranteed if rejoining
14.2 Involuntary Termination
Services may be terminated for participants who:
- Violate Terms and Conditions
- Engage in misconduct
- Fail to meet participation requirements
- Provide false information
14.3 Competition Cancellation
If Competition is cancelled:
- Participants will be notified immediately
- Alternative arrangements will be explored when possible
- Registration fees will be refunded
- Organizers bear no liability for resulting inconvenience
